If you are having issues viewing videos on our website using internet explorer, please add the websites “cyber.mil” to Compatibility View:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on the Tools button

3. Click Compatibility View settings

4. Under “Add this website,” add “cyber.mil” and “dl.dod.cyber.mil/wp-content/uploads/”

5. Attempt to re-watch the video

If you are still unable to view the video, make sure to try Firefox and Google Chrome before reporting an issue with the video. To report video issues, click here and provide the website URL with a screenshot of the player and/or any error messages.
