The Cyber Excepted Service (CES) Orientation is an eLearning course designed to familiarize learners with the core tenets of the DoD CES personnel system. This course has been streamlined to deliver content relevant to each learner’s selected work role, whether Workforce, Leadership or HR. This orientation provides an overview of the history, policies, key attributes, benefits, and implementation process for the new personnel system, as well as guidelines for whether CES is right for you and your family.
