Cyber Excepted Service (CES) Personnel System Workforce Orientation

The CES DoD Workforce Orientation is a presentation (including a question and answer segment) that has been designed to familiarize the workforce with the core tenets of the DoD CES personnel system. This course provides an overview of the history, policies, key attributes, benefits, and implementation process for the new personnel system. DoD Component Instructors will conduct this course to equip the workforce with a solid understanding of the key elements of the new personnel system. Upon the completion of this course, the participants will have knowledge of the CES organizational and workforce implications.
