DISA has released the automated benchmarks for the Cisco IOS-XE Router Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG). The requirements of the benchmarks become effective immediately.

Customers with a CAC that has DoD Certificates can obtain the benchmark at at https://cyber.mil/stigs/downloads/.

For those without a CAC that has DoD Certificates, the benchmark is available from https://public.cyber.mil/stigs/downloads/.
